  3. Initiate Order Click the "Order Now" button on the product page. You will then have the option to finalize your purchase via either our official WhatsApp line or Instagram Direct Message.
  4. Finalize with the Team Whether you choose to message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, a member of our team will manually confirm stock, process your payment, and arrange delivery details directly with you.

This direct line ensures your order is handled with care and allows us to answer any sizing or styling questions instantly.

02. Shipping & Delivery

We process all confirmed orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification.

  • Domestic (Nigeria): Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
  • International: We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines range from 7 to 14 business days via our logistics partners.
  • Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, our team will provide your tracking details directly via WhatsApp or Instagram.

03. Returns Policy

At LOXO WORLD, we take pride in the quality of our craft. Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is damaged or was defective prior to shipment. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind.

Reporting Damage: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via your original order thread on WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage so our team can assess the issue.

If a return is authorized due to a defect, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all LOXO WORLD tags attached.
